VIP investment pays immediate
dividends
At the end of 2008 VIP Bin Cleaning SA decided to invest heavily in the company
in preparation for the expected substantial growth within their franchise business.
This investment included moving into premises on the Ontdekkers Road in Johannesburg,
more network support staff to help launch and support their existing and new
franchisees and improved systems and procedures.
This investment has already paid dividends with the announcement that six new
franchises have been awarded in April 2009 and all are now in the planning stage
to launch their new businesses. VIP always recognised that the potential for
the business in South Africa is great and this is vindication that the improved
infrastructure will pay high rewards. “These new offices have already made
such a big difference to the way we are able to work with and support our existing
network of franchisees. The offices are so well situated that it makes it so
much easier for our franchisees and guests to visit us as well as us going out
and visiting our franchisees and customers.
Mark Harvey (VIP Bin Cleaning UK Managing Director) visited South Africa in April
to meet the new franchisees and help present the company at the 2009 FASA Franchise
Exhibition in Johannesburg. Mark commented how impressed he was the new VIP set
up and also the high quality of the new franchisees who all showed great passion,
believe and enthusiasm for the business.
